"Today's court case demonstrates that this new law can help the Police and prosecution services better protect women who are victims of this appalling internet crime. I hope that this conviction sends a clear message to anyone thinking of posting online naked or sexually explicit images without consent that they now face a criminal prosecution and conviction.
