Basingstoke MP Maria Miller called in at Inspero’s community garden and Kempshott Village Hall on Sunday 29 September, for a celebration party, in partnership with Sainsbury’s, who have chosen Inspero as one of their 150thAnniversary charities.
Maria joined members of the Inspero team, community representatives and sponsors, especially Sainsbury’s Kempshott Store, to celebrate a huge range of achievements and awards, including the RHS South East in Bloom Chairman’s Award.
Maria said: “It always a real pleasure to visit Inspero, to see their fantastic community garden and to hear about their inspirational work. This has been a tremendous year for them, including being awarded The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, as well as three awards from the Royal Horticultural Society. Congratulations to Catherine Waters-Clark and the whole team!”
