MP WELCOMES FURTHER FALL IN UNEMPLOYMENT IN BASINGSTOKE

Local MP Maria Miller has welcomed new figures released by the Office of National Statistics showing that the number of unemployed claimants in Basingstoke fell in September 2017 to 820, 5 lower than in the previous month.

Local MP Maria Miller was pleased to meet up with the recently appointed Chief Crown Prosecutor for the Wessex region, Joanne Jakymec, for an update on the work of the Crown Prosecution Service in Basingstoke and the region more generally.
